Biostatistics Solution by FBMY website has been founded in 2020, with aim to help those researchers and student especially with data analysis. As for current updates (2022), we started exploring the new analytics and offering programming and coding using R & Python with a specialization in Data Analytics
Research can be quiet tricky in which we need to find the right test in order to answer our objective of running those test. We hear to this and we hope we can be your rightful solution, of those messy data you have, I know.
who are we
To update, we are a team of statisticians with sound backgrounds of statistics and program language. One of our member are of clinical background which relay findings with clinical knowledge and interpretation wise. Other members were graduated in Statistics, Mathematics and Science and we have those that are actually progressing for Doctorate in Statistics.

General Consultation
We provide general consultation of your data, by suggesting right test with regards of your objectives. We are open to discussion as we believe a mutual agreement is far more important to get the required result.

Submission of Data Via Our Requisition Form
1. Details (Name/Contact No./Email/Occupation)
2. Proposal/Brief explanatory text on Analysis Purpose @ Objective and Methodology with suggestion of test (SPSS) for each analysis of request.
3. Raw Data (SPSS/Excel) format
4. References / Article/ Journal (for data presentation purposes)
All of these particulars need to be filled in.
Quotation & Invoice
We advice the data overview first before quoting the price. If the charges fit for both sides, the client shall pay a deposit for booking purposes and an invoice will then be issued. We will give 24hours basis of confirmation, and shall be deemed as declination if there is no feedback from client after the period.
Completion of Payment
Upon accomplishment of analysis, we will get in touch with the client to discuss on the results until mutual agreement achieved. Payment should be made on the agreed (dateline) date by both parties or earlier if the analysis finishes early than expectation (dateline). Data will be send by email once paid. Client will have 5 days (working day) to consult (post analysis) on any query on the analysis, results and interpretation.

Confidentiality
As a professional analyst, I believe all data including every details of our client need to be kept private and confidential at all times. FBMY agrees with this and we will not disclose the data to anyone without the permission from the owner. Data will be kept solely for ONE MONTH (1) for record purposes or in any issues raise after submission, and will be later eradicated.

Request that requires results less than 24 hour notification will not be entertain

Any request made that require result (URGENT) will have an ad hoc charge of MYR50
